Intending walkers please read

Outdoor activities in Aberdeen sometimes experience various interesting weathers and it is recommended that waterproofs and a warm layer are carried if the forecast is less favourable. Gloves and hats are helpful over the cooler months. It is recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes or trainers and some people prefer to walk with hiking poles which can aid balance on any uneven paths but this is entirely at your own discretion.

Participants must be u3a members and are responsible for assessing their own risk, the safety of themselves and the suitability of any equipment used. Any medical conditions that may affect the participants during the walk should be notified to the walk leader prior to the start of the walk if appropriate.
