Participation in the Travel Group outings.

All participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the outings. The itinerary for the outings is suggested by the leaders, and members can keep together as a group or are free to do their own thing, informing the leaders of their intentions and return arrangements to Aberdeen.

Emergency contacts

If you wish to give the group leaders an emergency contact name and number, this can be done via an email or on the day. Some smart phones have the facility to put an emergency contact number on the locked screen or you can tape the number to the back of your device.

Insurance

Aberdeen u3a is covered by the public liability insurance provided by The Third Age Trust, but members should note that this does not include personal accident insurance.
